Timeline of the Company
Established on 21st August, 1991. Started importing and redistributing Japanese domestic air-cons in 2000. Selling all brands of air-cons in 2008. Expanded the company into four new branches in 2012. Made our way into the trading business in 2020 by selling home appliances. New office and showroom opened in August 2021.

Our company has been involved in contracting maintenance contracts from residential properties, commercial companies as well as non-profitable organizations. Our teams of technical personnel were trained to meet high service standards and complex customer needs.
Our Strengths
Lin Technical Services is made up of technical and administrative personnel who hold the following positions as clerk-of-work, supervisor, senior technician and technician. We have a strong fleet of 20 service teams providing air con service and repair support. The service teams are led by qualified supervisors who hold relevant qualifications from recognized institutions. Over the years, our accumulated reserves funding and trained leaders are all set to recruit and groom new service personnel.
